RETURNS POLICY

We've made Chi Khi returns simple and easy! We want our customers to love every item they purchase from Chi Khi. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, follow the instructions below. Chi Khi is committed to providing superior customer service when ordering online.

If a customer purchases an item of merchandise at full price Chi Khi will be happy to refund/exchange items on the terms listed below. Please note - regrettably Chi Khi does not offer a refund/exchange on any SALE items or purchases made using a discount voucher/code and does not refund postage/shipping charges. This applies to both Australian and International orders.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can exchange or receive a credit (valid for 6 months) within 10 days of receiving your order by emailing us at enquiries@chikhi.co we will send you the Returns Form along with instructions.

The following terms and conditions must apply to qualify for an exchange or credit;

  • Items must be unworn, and not tarnished, damaged or altered.
  • Packaging, tags and labels should be attached and in the same condition as received.
  • The item should be returned within 10 days (from the day your receive to the day you send to Chi Khi)
  • Proof of purchase – receipt or credit card copy available for proof of purchase on request
  • Sale items are final sale only and cannot be returned, exchanged or credited.
  • Chi Khi reserves the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above.

Please note, the cost of return delivery is not covered by Chi Khi and remains the responsibility of the buyer. *We recommend that you use tracked or registered mail carrier service for the return of your goods as it is your responsibility to deliver the goods to Chi Khi.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

We thoroughly check all items for faults or damages prior to dispatch. However, should your items be damaged or opened on receipt, please advise us immediately by emailing enquiries@chikhi.co

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

There are just 4 simple rules in order to exchange a product with Chi Khi:

  • Products must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
  • Original Chi Khi tags and labelling must remain attached.
  • Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging. (Chi Khi box or bag does not need to be included).

    Simply send back your item(s) using our 2 services:

    Within Australia

    • Ensure all tags are intact and items are unworn as per the conditions above.
    • To post the item you will need to purchase a prepaid plastic satchel at your local post office at your expense
    • Include the following items with your return, the pre paid satchel, the item(s) you wish to exchange/refund and the Chi Khi invoice (Chi Khi box or bag does not need to be included).
    • Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have posted it.
    • Once Chi Khi has received your package your exchange/refund will be processed immediately. Please note exchanges are not sent out in a Chi Khi box or bag. Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items.
    • Please note Chi Khi cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep that tracking number safe!

    International Orders

    • Ensure all tags are intact and items are unworn as per the conditions above.
    • To post the item you will need to purchase a prepaid international plastic satchel at your local post office at your expense
    • Include the following items with your return, the pre paid satchel, the item(s) you wish to exchange and the Chi Khi invoice (Chi Khi box or bag does not need to be included).
    • Please hold onto the international tracking number for your package once you have posted it.
    • Once Chi Khi has received your package your exchange will be processed immediately. Please note exchanges are not sent out in a Chi Khi box or bag. Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items.
    • Please note Chi Khi cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep that tracking number safe
    • Please indicate on the package that the items are intended for exchange. Without such notice, the package is at risk of attracting additional customs duties and taxes.
    • Chi Khi does not offer free shipping on International exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item shipping costs shall be at the consumer's own expense.
